- If your vacation plans call for a trail
ride or a pack trip into the high country, we have the trip for you. On such a ride you
may see ptarmigan (the Arctic grouse that changes color with the seasons), snowshoe
rabbits, elk, deer, black bear and if you are very, very lucky, maybe even a grizzly
track. It is thought that perhaps the last grizzly bear in Colorado will be found in the
San Juan Mountains above Pagosa Springs.

- Whether you are interested archery, muzzleloading or rifle hunts, we
have a hunt to fit your needs. We offer fully guided private ranch and public land
hunts as well as pack in drop camp hunts on national forest and BLM land. We have
taken many trophy class bulls and big bucks over the years and we have a list of
references to prove it.

- Lion populations in this area are extremely conducive to successful
hunts when conditions are right. We have taken many trophy class lions over and in
fact our clients have taken the Colorado Outfitters Association "Best of
Species" top awards in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002. We took the new
COLORADO STATE RECORD LION in 2002. We have over twenty (20) trained dogs and
therefore have the depth of pack needed to endure the grueling work of lion hunting.

- If you are fortunate enough to draw a tag and are ready for a true
test of ability with the potential for an extremely beautiful trophy ram, we offer high
country Bighorn Sheep hunts in September. Remember, the application deadline is in
early April so be sure to check with the Colorado Division of Wildlife for
details.
