Dick Ray has been a full time outfitter since 1970.  Lobo Outfitters, a family run business, is based in Pagosa Springs, CO, located one hour south of Durango, and just 40 miles North of the New Mexico border.  Lobo Outfitters is permitted and licensed in Colorado and New Mexico. In 2005, Governor Owens appointed Dick Ray  to the Colorado Wildlife Commission for a four year term.  Dick is currently the President of the Colorado Outfitters Association.

Mike Ray is one of the premier active hunting guides in South-central Colorado.  Having hunted his entire life, and through working closely with his father in the business of outfitting, he has gained the knowledge that allows him to be successful, whether hunting deer, elk, lion, turkey or bear. Mike has taught his daughters the finer skills of hunting and fishing, and he spends much time time annually in the outdoors with his wife, Gwen, and his two daughters Raesha and Re'ahna.
